The Sands Motel has a AAA 3-star rating. There are 15 spotlessly clean and well maintained rooms. They are are generally more spacious and comfortable than those at a similar price in other Sydney pub and budget accommodation venues. All are 'non-smoking' and serviced daily.

The all-year nightly rates are as follows (in Australian dollars - AUD):

All rooms have a double bed and two single beds, an ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, a TV, a toaster, a microwave, a fridge, facilities for making tea and coffee, and free wireless Internet.

Deluxe rooms are even larger, with queen-sized beds, a full bath, a kitchenette and a balcony. Some are available with interconnecting doors, ideal for big families.

The motel has its own separate entrance area, and there is always plenty of safe off-street parking available in the carpark. A coin-operated laundry with a washing machine and dryer is available for use by motel guests each afternoon and evening. An iron and ironing board is available in each room.

We do not discount for corporate or long-stay guests. However, if you join our Grains-of-Sand Club you will qualify for a discount of $10 per night on reservations made for yourself, family, friends or staff.
